TRNSMT is just one day away and ticket holders will be dying to know if they can expect good weather.Forecasters have given their verdict on whether this year's festival will be a warm one or a wash out.

The good news is that there is currently no signs of heavy rain at Glasgow Green this weekend, but it won't be one full of sunshine.July has certainly been a mixed bag for Scotland weather wise, flip flopping between sunny spells and seasonal showers and those heading to the three day event should know that this pattern is set to continue.Anyone attending TRNSMT on Friday will be happy to hear that Friday is set to see the "warmest conditions" of the weekend.

BBC Scotland forecaster Callum McColl said tomorrow in the west of Scotland will see "cloud breaking at times to allow some sunny spells" with temperatures set to hit highs of 20c.TRNSMT day two doesn't promise to be as warm, with temperatures dropping slightly to 16C high.

Overall a clear day is expected but the odd bout of rain is possible."Into Saturday we'll see some thicker cloud and a northeasterly breeze which may give one or two showers, but most of the day set dry and we could see some brighter breaks coming through from time to time," Callum continued.Sunday is set to be another cloudy day albeit slightly warmer with the mercury rising to highs of 18C.
