Since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding in 2018, a lot has changed, including their relationship, claims a body language expert.

Before they got married, Harry acted as Meghan's guide and protector to help her get used to being a royal. He was always by Meghan's side for official events, charity functions, and private meetings with the Queen and the family. However, fans noticed a shift in the couple's dynamic, suggesting that the 'tide turned' quite a while ago.

Body language guru Judi James first spotted a difference during their revealing chat with Oprah Winfrey three years ago. Sat together on garden chairs, Meghan and Harry shared their experiences of life as royals.

They made many shocking claims, with Meghan saying that Royal Family members asked how dark their son's skin would be, and stating that Kate made her cry just days before her wedding. After watching the interview, Judi told the Mirror that from their hand gesture it seemed like Meghan appeared sure of herself but Harry didn't, and required his wife's support. She said back then: "I think when Meghan came to the UK, Harry very much saw himself in the role of overprotective husband that knew that all hell was going to break loose in terms of press and public interest, and was desperate to protect her - albeit that she presented herself as a very confident woman."But I think the tide has completely changed looking at the Oprah Winfrey clip.
