Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has offered an injury update on Kyogo Furuhasi and Nat Phillips with fears growing for the pair ahead of the clash with Feyenoord.

The Scottish Premiership champions continued to find top gear as David Turnbull opened the scoring from the penalty spot against Dundee, before talisman Kyogo and Matt O'Riley got on the scoresheet to round off a second half rout for the Hoops, but they didn't leave with a clean bill of health with Liverpool loanee Nat Phillips being replaced at the break by Gustaf Lagerbielke during his Hoops debut.

Scorer Kyogo also walked down the tunnel in the first half sparking fears over a reoccurrence of a shoulder injury that has hampered the Japan international.

However, the Irishman move to calm any fan fears going into the clash with Eredivise champions. He remained hopeful that both would be available for the opener in the Champions League group stage as he explained the precautionary measures taken over the duo.
