Southport stabbings suspect's neighbours speak out as details of his life emerge

The alleged Southport stabbings suspect was an "introvert" who was "never out", former neighbours have claimed. People who watched the teenager grow up described his parents as "nice, quiet people struggling to make a living after coming from Rwanda."
