A manager at one of Scotland's leading tourist attractions had a secret second job peddling Class A drug cocaine to people around a city.Tourism manager Desiree Doogan was found with more than £20,000 cash and a large haul of cocaine in her flat after becoming involved with a county lines drug gang.Doogan, 28, turned to dealing the class A drug after facing a series of debt demands and kept a long list of customers across Dundee. She had been working as Events Operations Manager at Discovery Point and the RRS Discovery when she got hooked into the cross-country drug dealing operation.Dundee Sheriff Court was told that officers suspected Doogan's flat was being used in a "cuckooing" operation, with dealers taking over the property to use as a base. But the court heard that Doogan - formerly a promising netball star - became more and more prolific in selling the drug to others as time passed.Fiscal depute Charmaine Gilmartin told the court: "The flat at 6 Hazel Drive, Dundee, was rented by Ms Doogan over the period."Police Scotland received intelligence that there was drug dealing activity being carried out at the address, in particular activity involving county lines drugs gangs."There was a concern that Ms Doogan was the victim of cuckooing, where a member of a county lines gang takes up residence in a residential property and carries out drug dealing operations."Police officers went to carry out a welfare check on her.

They noted that a Mr Mohammed was inside. After around two minutes he let the officers in. Ms Doogan was not present."An officer tracked her down later the same day and she confirmed she was safe, well and in Edinburgh.
