He also commented that United's defending is something he had never seen before. Ten Hag responded to Carragher by suggesting he lacks objectivity in his assessments during the press conference before Wednesday night's win against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.Ten Hag noted: "First of all, some analysts are very objective in their comments, very good advice, some are very subjective.
Jamie Carragher from the first moment on has criticised and now he wants to make his point." He further added, "Probably in the first half an hour, yes, he had a point.
Fulham in their midfield set-up surprised us a little bit and then we have to find the solutions. After half an hour we found the solutions."Carragher has replied to Ten Hag's criticism, stating that he respects the United boss for standing up for himself and his team.
