Scots primary closed as police probe major incident near to school

A Scots primary school has been closed after a police probe was launched into an incident close to the building. St Patrick's Primary School in Greenock, Inverclyde, is off-limits this morning after Drumfrochar Road, the street outside the school, was locked down.Pupils were asked to attend other schools following an incident.

Broomhill Street and Cornhaddock Street were also shut off at the junction with Drumfrochar Road.Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
