A little girl who made a stand against an "offensive" question on her school maths test has been hailed as "courageous".Rhythm Pacheco finished her homework before mum Naomi looked over her young daughter's work and discovered the powerful message she had left for the teacher. As reported by the Mirror, she decided to share her daughter's work online - and this lead to a huge response from people praising the student for standing up for her beliefs.Rhythm came across a question while working through her maths homework which asked her to compare the weights of three women, and determine "how much heavier" Isabelle was than Sue.The answer she wrote to the homework problem really showed just how strong of a personality the schoolchild possessed.

Circling the question, she wrote: "This is offensive. Sorry I won't right this it's rood."Back in 2019, the pupil from Utah was initially worried about how her teacher would respond, so she decided to write a letter to explain why she didn't want to solve the problem, as reported by Today."I don't want to be rude but I don't think that math problem was very nice because that’s judging people’s weight," the little girl, who was ten at the time, said. "Also the reason I did not do the sentence is because I just don’t think that's nice.

Love Rhythm."Get the latest news sent straight to your messages by joining our WhatsApp community today. You'll receive daily updates on breaking news as well as the top headlines across Scotland. No one will be able to see who is signed up and no one can send messages except the Daily Record team. All you have to do is click here if you're on mobile, select 'Join Community' and you're in!If you're on a desktop, simply scan the QR code above with your phone
