The BBC Radio 2 star appears to have turned into an early riser as he took to social media to share how he thinks his age is getting the better of him.
He wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Tuesday morning (April 16): "Getting older is waking up at 6.30am for no reason and it being normal."
