Rita Ora unfortunately had to cancel a festival appearance at the last minute. The 33-year-old “Ask & You Shall Receive” hitmaker was scheduled to perform at Campus Festival in Debrecen, Hungary on July 27.

However, she took to social media earlier in the day to reveal that she was unable to take the stage. In a heartfelt message to fans, Rita explained that she was missing the set on a doctor’s order after spending the night in a hospital. Keep reading to find out more… “Please forgive this unexpected turn of events but sadly I will not be able to perform at Campus Festival tonight,” Rita wrote in a statement shared on her Instagram story. “Having spent the night in the hospital in Budapest, I must rest thoroughly and follow doctor’s orders.

I am so sorry to my fans who are going to be there today and I’m truly thankful for your understanding.” The singer did not disclose the reason for her hospitalization or share how she was feeling at the moment.
