The 1990s fashion revival is in full swing, but there's a new item on Primark's shelves that some shoppers are unsure about.
The disc belt, a staple of the boho skirt look three decades ago, has made a comeback. Available in brown or black and adorned with bronze-gold decorations, the belt retails for £7 and comes in sizes ranging from XXS to XL.
It joins straight-legged jeans and pedal pushers as examples of 1990s fashions making a return to the high street. However, not all Primark shoppers are thrilled with this particular resurgence. "They've only gone and brought back our early 2000's drip with the disc belt.", reports Birmingham Live.
Commenters on the post seemed equally taken aback by the fashion flashback. "I don't think I can face this," one person lamented. "Saw someone wearing this last night with a long white skirt," another user added. "WOW! ! !
