People are discovering you can make fluffy pancakes in air fryer with no flipping
ok.co.ukAhead of Pancake Day tomorrow, electrical retailer Currys has gone viral on TikTok for sharing a tutorial of how to make pancakes in an air fryer.
The video, which has now been watched 6.2million times, has sent fans into a frenzy, with many desperate to give it a go on Shrove Tuesday - while others remain unconvinced.The popular video shows somebody layering sheets of baking paper at the bottom of the air fryer basket before pouring pancake batter over the top.
The idea is then to layer a sheet of baking paper directly on top of the batter, before repeating the process again and again until the mix is finished.
Currys recommends putting the pancakes in for five minutes at 200C. The end result is perfectly fluffy American-style pancakes, which Currys then stacked on top of each other and drizzled in chocolate and sprinkles.
