Paedophile who raped young girl caught at Cheshire Oaks

Derek Smith thought he was meeting three teenage girls at the Cheshire Oaks outlet in October last year after speaking to them online, Cheshire Live reports.
But he was confronted by three adult 'decoys' and arrested by officers. Police found more than 200 illegal images of children on his devices, including some of a girl he had taken himself.
The victim then told detectives about the abuse she suffered at the hands of Smith. He was charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 17.
