A murder investigation has switched to a new location following the discovery of body parts.Stuart Everett, 67, is believed to have died at a house in Winton, Salford, at the end of March.
A murder probe was triggered when parts of his body were found at Kersal Dale in the city on April 4. A search of a north Manchester park and woodland, Boggart Hole Clough, which started on May 16, led to the discovery of further body parts linked to the same inquiry.
That scene was today closed down. Now, as reported by the Manchester Evening News, Parr Fold Park in Walkden will be be locked down from until next Wednesday.
Parts of Mr Everett's body have now been found in five different locations. Firstly a lower back, buttocks, and thigh were discovered at Kersal Dale in plain sight near a footpath, wrapped in cellophane.Consequently body parts were found in Chesterfield Close, Winton; Blackleach Reservoir, Walkden, and Colliery Wood at Linnyshaw, and most recently Boggart Hole Clough, but police have not revealed the nature of them.In a statement GMP said: "Since closing down the scene at Boggart Hole Clough, we have opened up another scene in Parr Fold Park in Worsley, Salford.
