Mrs Hinch reveals her dad is out of hospital after a 'long three weeks'

And in a new post shared to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, the 33 year old, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, proved that everything was okay as she shared a black-and-white snap of her father cuddling up with her children. "It's been 3 long weeks in hospital.
But grandad is now home," the influencer, whose beloved chicken Pam "suddenly" passed away, wrote with a prayer hand and blue heart emoji.
She added: "We love you dad". The news is most certainly a relief for Sophie, who took to her Instagram platform earlier this month to have a "catch up", where she was keen to stress that "this is not a 'woe is me' situation".
