The Chase's Mark Labbett is reportedly dating TV presenter Hayley Palmer after splitting from his wife three years ago.The professional quizzer, 57, who goes by the name of The Beast on the ITV show, has apparently got close to the GB News presenter, 41, with the pair reportedly going on dates after being "friends for some time".

It is thought the pair recently went public with their relationship after a date at the beach. A source told The Sun: "They have been friends for some time and recently things developed into something more. "Mark and Hayley have kept things low key but this week they headed out on a day-date".

According to the publication, the couple went "public for the first time" on Tuesday 16 May during a trip to the beach in Southsea, Portsmouth.The source added: "The beach was busy and there were lots of people around but they both felt comfortable with people seeing them as a couple, not just friends." Mark and Hayley were previously seen cosied up together on a sofa back in February as they took part in a music challenge that the GB News presenter posted on her Instagram.The pair joked together and later high-fived as Hayley got a question correct.

She regularly appears on GB News and also hosts At Home With Hayley and Saturday Night With Hayley Palmer. According to reports, she was introduced to Mark through her work on TV.The dating claims come after Mark split from his wife, Katie, in 2020 after seven years of marriage - they also share a six year old son together.
