The documentary follows 44-year-old Kirat Assi, who believed she had found true love with a man named Bobby Jandu on Facebook.
Given their shared connections within London's Sikh community, Kirat had no reason to doubt Bobby's identity. Their friendship on Facebook quickly turned into a romantic relationship, leading to an engagement after Bobby proposed while allegedly in witness protection.
However, after nearly a decade of broken promises to meet in person, Kirat began to investigate and discovered that their entire relationship was based on deceit, reports the Mirror.
