Monklands coach route between Glasgow and Edinburgh to be extended with new city stops
dailyrecord.co.ukAn intercity coach route serving Monklands is now being extended to take passengers directly into Edinburgh city centre for the first time.The 902 service which runs from Glasgow and then through Coatbridge and Airdrie will have new stops added from May 20 to serve The Gyle centre, Edinburgh zoo and Haymarket station before finishing at Leith Walk in the heart of the capital.
Its operator, Scottish Citylink, says it has “proved really popular” since the route was launched a year ago and that the “enhancements mean there will be even more options for passengers travelling from the west of Scotland to Edinburgh”.
