Man with expired provisional licence is caught by cops... 60 years after failing his driving test

The silver Citroen was pulled over by officers on the M55 on Boxing Day. And after asking to see the driver's licence police discovered he had failed his test in the 1960s.
Lancashire Constabulary's road policing unit posted a picture on X, formerly Twitter, of the vehicle on the back of a tow truck after it was seized.
They said the driver, who has not been identified, was reported for motoring offences. He will be summonsed to appear before magistrates in due course.
