Police are appealing for information after a car was set on fire in Largs at the weekend. The vehicle was targeted around 2.20am on Saturday morning in the town's Wilson Street.The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was called to the scene to put out the flames with cops subsequently launching an investigation into the blaze.Detective Constable John Cuthbert said: “We are appealing for anyone who has information on the fire to get in touch.“Anyone in the area at the time who may have dash-cam or private CCTV footage is also asked to contact us.”People with information are asked to contact police on 101 quoting incident number 0440 of 10 June, 2023.
