The Oscar-winning actor thanked his wife during his acceptance speech at the 2024 San Sebastian International Film Festival on Friday night (September 20) in San Sebastian, Spain.
The ceremony took place almost exactly 30 years after Javier won the Best Actor prize at the festival for the movie Numbered Days. Penelope appeared to tear up during the speech as she blew kisses to Javier from her seat.
