King Charles 'miffed' after William makes cash demand over £1.2 million cottage

King Charles is reportedly been left 'miffed' by Prince William after he was told he would need to pay to be a guest at his beloved £1.2million cottage.Charles purchased Llwynywermod in rural Wales, near the Brecon Beacons National Park in 2007 and has stayed there every summer spending a couple of weeks on the land.The home was bought through the Duchy of Cornwall which Prince William has taken over, reports the Mirror.However, now heir to the throne William has told his dad he intends to rent the cottage out as a holiday home, meaning the King will be forced to move his things out of the three-bedroom property.

A source told the Mail on Sunday: “The King was quite miffed but that was the deal. It means he can continue to stay there but he will pay rent to the Duchy and the rest of the time it will be rented out.
