Lorraine Kelly has been told 'we'll miss you' as she took to social media to share a decision she's made about her online presence.

The presenter has been back at the helm of her self-titled show for a couple of weeks following her lengthy summer break. Away from the small screen, Lorraine is often keeping her fans and followers updated with other goings-on on the likes of X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram.

But before appearing on her ITV show, Lorraine, on Thursday morning (September 21), the 63-year-old shared a decision with her 743,800 followers.

Typing a message on X, Lorraine wrote: "Morning. Having a Twitter break – its all gone a bit dark." She did add however that she’ll still be around on Instagram "for mostly cute photos of my dog".
