The This Morning presenter may not have been on-screen since finishing up her temporary summer stint at the helm of the ITV daytime show but she has been busy working at the HQ of her talent agency, the RH Group.
The office is also where she whips up her ideas for her next product for her brand, My Little Coco, while she's also set to launch a new venture with her friend and Pilates instructor Bryony Deery.
But while she may not be busy with her TV work, she is busy with her businesses as well as looking after her three children who she shares with husband Marvin Humes.
With that, Rochelle took to Instagram on Thursday (September 21) and shared how she'd decided to grant herself a day off. Posting a picture of her feet, which were adorned with black Miu Miu ballet pumps, the 34-year-old wrote: "I took the day off today for ME and I'm here for it..."
