'Interview With the Vampire' Season 3 - Sam Reid Is Rockstar Lestat in First Teaser!
justjared.comInterview With the Vampire Season 3 is coming! After it was confirmed that Season 3 of the AMC+ would introduce rockstar Lestat from Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat novel, the series showcased Sam Reid in the role in the first teaser for the season.
Lestat is interviewed by Daniel Molloy (Eric Bogosian) in the first look, who is reading from his published interview with Louis (Jacob Anderson), and we also get to hear the first song from the musical season. Keep reading to find out more… The teaser was debuted during the 2024 Comic-Con panel.
In the video, Daniel waits on set with a Lestat lookalike sitting in Lestat’s chair. Something is happening behind the scenes, presumed to be Lestat draining a human, and then Sam comes in, with Daniel looking terrified. “That’s him, Jesus Christ.
Look at him,” he says. The show’s actual executive producer Mark Johnson also introduces himself in the clip. “Can you state your name for the camera?” Daniel asks. “Justin Bieber,” Lestat replies.
