Eamonn Holmes has found new love following his split from Ruth Langsford, diving into a fresh relationship.Ruth and Eamonn, who were both presenters on This Morning, went public with their surprising separation in May.

Eamonn, 64, didn't take long to find romance again and has been romantically linked with Katie Alexander, 42.The duo took off for a Mediterranean cruise to bask in some late-summer sun and relaxation. However, it's been disclosed that the seemingly romantic getaway was actually part of a paid gig for the GB News host, reports the Mirror.

He secured a lucrative contract as an ambassador for the travel firm Not Just Travel. An insider told Mail Online: "While it looked like Eamonn had whisked Katie off on a no-expense-spared trip away, it didn't actually cost him a penny.

It was part of his deal with Not Just Travel so, if anything, he was actually paid to go which was very fortuitous indeed, especially because he could take a plus one with him."The source also mentioned that there was "an element of work" involved as Eamonn was required to "film some segments to promote the company".
