Meghan Markle's 'inappropriate' living request 'firmly denied' by Queen

Meghan Markle's request to live in a certain residence in Windsor was reportedly "firmly" rejected by the late Queen, who thought it was "inappropriate". Windsor Castle has been home to the Royal Family for nearly 1,000 years. Over the decades, the late Queen gave some of the many homes on the estate as gifts to her family members - with the monarch and Prince Philip, the Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson all living in Windsor in recent years.
