Helen appeared earlier this week after persistently calling Ruby's husband Caleb Milligan in hopes of speaking to her daughter.
But Helen and Celeb had an intense showdown after years of being estranged from one another. Helen had called her daughter Ruby's phone but Caleb answered.
He then blocked the number and didn't tell Ruby, leading to Helen calling Caleb instead. While he learned she was dying, Caleb still refused to let her see Ruby.
