Housing development manager wins Excellence Award for second consecutive year
dailyrecord.co.ukA housing development site manager is on a winning streak as he marks a dynamic double success.Moodiesburn's Colin McNeish, from Miller Homes' Stoneyetts, has scooped a NHBC Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Award for the second consecutive year.The prestigious accolades recognise "the commitment and dedication of development site managers in attaining consistently high standards in the delivery of new homes".From an initial pool of around 8000 across the UK, candidates were assessed across six key areas for several months to determine best practices in the field.Colin is one of only two winners in the West of Scotland, leading the Stoneyetts Village site team to victory with an exceptionally high quality of work.He was "honoured" to have been awarded a Seal of Excellence for the second year in a row and is delighted with his win.Colin told Lanarkshire Live: "It's such an achievement to receive an NHBC Seal of Excellence award, and I'm so proud of the site team at Stoneyetts Village for all their hard work and determination in getting us here."This award means the world to me, and it's such a pleasure to be alongside some of the best in construction."I would like to thank the wider Miller Homes team, our exceptional suppliers and our wonderful residents who make Stoneyetts Village such a welcoming community."Andrew McArthur, operations director for Miller Homes Scotland West, said: "We're extremely proud of Colin for taking home a second Seal of Excellence Award win.
