It was movie week in the ballroom over the weekend with the couples pulling out their best blockbuster performances. Saturday night's show opened with the BBC One dance contest's group of professional dancers performing a stunning routine to a special Disney medley featuring songs from across the entertainment firm's biggest films which included songs from Pocahontas, Frozen and red-haired Dianne Buswell leading the dance to The Little Mermaid.
It was then over to the remaining 14 couples to take to the floor with performances inspired by a whole host of hit films from Grease to The Sound of Music and Romeo + Juliet to The Super Mario Bros. The pair put in an impressive effort, earning themselves one 9 and two 8s for a total score of 33 from the judges. After making it through during Sunday night's results show, Ellie took to Instagram on Monday (October 9) to share how grateful she was to make it through to week four in the hit dance competition.
