ok.co.ukHelen Flanagan has opened up about clashing with her ex Scott Sinclair on parenting decisions, particularly on the topic of home schooling their children.The former Coronation Street star, who parted ways with the Bristol Rovers footballer in 2022 after over a decade together and three kids Matilda, 8, Delilah, 5, and Charlie, 3 took to Instagram to share her thoughts.
Posting a lovely holiday picture with her little ones in Marbella, Helen shared that she considered home schooling last year while planning a six-month theatre tour, wanting her children to join her.
She penned: "I don't really like the routine of being back at school and I like being spontaneous and having the freedom with the kids.
I actually did look at home schooling last year when I was going to do a six months theatre tour and wanted them with me but their daddy really didn't want them to home school even though it would only be for a short period of time." Despite her personal preferences, Helen acknowledged the advantages of traditional schooling for her children's social skills.
