The youngster stayed by her mum's side overnight, while dad Andrew worked nightshift, before seeking help from her teachers at her primary school.
Weeks earlier Leisha had been in hospital for an operation on her twisted bowel. She began to feel unwell after returning to work, and later found out she had suffered septic shock.
The last thing the mental health worker recalled was the sight of Poppy dancing in her princess dress before she lost consciousness.An emotional Leisha shared: "My daughter spent the whole night with me, she didn't know what to do.
