Bury-born Gemma welcomed her second child into the world with her Strictly Come Dancing star fiancé Gorka Marquez back in July - a son named Thiago Thomas Marquez.
The couple, who met on the BBC One dance contest in 2017, announced back in January that they were expanding their brood after welcoming their first child, Mia, just over four years earlier at the start of July 2019.
During her pregnancy, Gemma didn't shy away from sharing her excitement at getting back into her fitness routine once Thiago, known as Tio for short, was born, but only when it was safe to do so and she has since continued to share updates on her progress on social media.
