ok.co.ukGemma Atkinson is asking for some parenting tips sharing that her four year old daughter Mia has entered a "beige phase" when it comes to food.The former Hollyoaks actress, 39, took to Instagram to ask her followers for advice after noticing a change in her daughter's eating habits.
Sharing on her Instagram Story, Gemma said: "I don't know if anyone else has noticed this with their children, when Mia was at home and when she was at nursery and pre-school and all that, she ate so well.
