Weeds are a pain for gardeners and can grow anywhere in the outdoor space, often sprouting between patio bricks.If left to thrive, the pesky stalks can become tougher and tougher to pull up.
While there are plenty of gadgets and sprays that promise to banish them for good, it turns out two liquids found in your kitchen can do the same.That's according to Gena Lorraine of Fantastic Services, who has explained how boiling water and vinegar can either tackle weeds on their own or work together.
According to the Garden expert, both are "aggressive" while being chemical free.As well as being a cleaning staple, white vinegar is an acid which makes it the perfect cleaner for around the home, as well as being killing “perfect” for weeds, The Express reports.
The ingredient which costs as little as 29p from Tesco can “instantly destroy” garden weeds so should be used with caution, only on patio ones.Gena explained: “To treat the patio weeds with vinegar, you must dilute it with water.
