A Lanarkshire business has been recognised for "high standards of excellence" with silver accreditation from North Lanarkshire Council’s Employer Charter.Chapelhall firm The Antibody Company was honoured for "making a positive commitment to the local economy".The charter is based around four commitments by employers: to pay all staff the Real Living Wage; employ North Lanarkshire residents; use local businesses in the supply chain where possible; and ensure fair work practices which attract and retain employees.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
