BBC Breakfast’s Naga Munchetty slammed for ‘turning her nose up’ at guest Tom Kerridge
TV CHEF Tom Kerridge called out presenter Naga Munchetty for apparently “pulling a face” after he revealed his favourite pub grub on today’s BBC Breakfast. Tom, 48, appeared on the popular BBC morning show to talk about the return of Pub in the Park later this year following disruptions during the pandemic. As the celeb chef discussed the hit music and street food festival, hosted by Michelin star chefs, Naga asked: "If you could only ever have one pub meal for the rest of your life what would it be?" The owner of the Hand and Flowers, the only UK pub with two Michelin stars, answered: "I mean, it's got to be fish and chips hasn't it? It's well known throughout the world. And if it’s done properly, fish and chips is just the greatest thing out there”.
