Scots actor Ewan McGregor has sent Scotland a good luck message ahead of the Euros after bumping into a travelling supporter.

The Trainspotting star came across one fan who is powering across Europe in a stunning decked out campervan called Elvis.A social media profile for John Falkirk posted an image of the Star Wars actor with the vintage Volkswagen vehicle, which has already reached Germany with the iconic camper also spotted in Cologne.But on route to the city where Scotland will play their second Group A game, John and his van, Elvis, came across McGregor and his old motorcycle pal and actor Charley Boorman in Amsterdam, after they arrived off the Newcastle ferry on Saturday, June 8.The pair - who filmed two-wheeled travel series Long Way Round, Long Way Down, and Long Way Up, together - were left impressed by the unique motorhome."Elvis" has a top deck platform featuring murals of the Scotland national team, and a front banner that reads “Yabba Dabba Doo, We support the boys in blue,” from the 1974 Scotland song ‘Easy Easy’.
