On the latest episode of BBC's Escape to the Country, house-hunter Susan was visibly moved to tears after viewing her dream home.
The episode began in the quaint village of Coddington, Nottinghamshire, close to Newark-on-Trent, where presenter Jules Hudson introduced viewers to a bustling community scene featuring coffee mornings and activities from the local Women's Institute.
But it was the charm of an 1840s detached cottage that truly left Susan lost for words. The property also boasted a separate guest wing, which left her best friend Lesley utterly astonished, as she said: "I'm bowled over.
