An EncroChat drug trafficker who operated under the name "ThreeFatLadies" has been unmasked as an international DJ who owned a nightclub in Liverpool.
Kyle Chase, also known as Kyle Muldoon, was jailed for 12 years by a judge at the city's crown court on Thursday, which was told he was a 'highly trusted conspirator with extensive involvement in the drug world.' He had previously carved out a reputation in the international dance music scene reputation under his DJ name Eldon - a reference to the Eldonian Village where he lived. Chase opened Spray Shop - a former garage transformed into a dance music nightclub close to Bramley Moore docks - in February 2023.
Before opening it, he said: "This place, I can assure you, isn't going to be just another nightclub in Liverpool. I'm here to create a cultural legacy that this city can be proud of." The nightclub's Instagram bio says "closed until further notice".
