After being unmasked on The Masked Singer this seasons, the Mary Poppins actor spoke to Yahoo Entertainment about his youthful energy – and is giving some big credit to wife, Arlene Silver. Keep reading to find out more… Dick admitted that his “genes” are one reason for it, before adding that “having a beautiful young wife half my age to take care of me — that works!” “My positive attitude, I get that from my wife,” he added.
On top of that, Dick also credits keeping up his fitness regimen for his long life. “I wrote a book called ‘Keep Moving’, [and] I still go to the gym three days a week and work out,” he shared. “I advise everybody to do that, because that’s what ages people — it’s just a stiffening up and not exercising their muscles and their lungs.
Exercise is the answer.” Dick and Arlene aren’t the only celeb couple who have a big age difference.
