Dakota Fanning has a life-long friend in Tom Cruise! The 30-year-old Uptown Girls actress has stayed close with the 61-year-old Top Gun actor ever since they starred together in the 2005 action sci-fi flick War of the Worlds.

While appearing on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Wednesday (June 5), Dakota revealed the birthday gift Tom has sent her every year since she was 12-years-old.
