Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver as she revealed she's taking on another new venture away from the cobbles. The actress is currently taking a break from the ITV soap where she is famed for playing Eileen Grimshaw.
In upcoming scenes, Corrie fans will see Eileen heading off to Thailand while in reality, Sue took some time away from her soap role in order to return to her stage roots and appear in the tour of Sister Act the Musical.
Sue has been swapping the Rovers for rosary beads as Mother Superior in the UK and Ireland tour, which appeared at the Manchester Palace Theatre back in March with the soap star's castmates heading out in force to watch her in action - including Gareth Pierce, who was recast a few years ago in the role of Eileen's son Todd, and her on-screen boyfriend Tony Maudsley, who plays George Shuttleworth. The 60-year-old took to Instagram to reveal a new career venture, titled A Work In Progress, which is now available to pre-order.
