Coldplay frontman Chris Martin stunned commuters by apparently taking the TRAIN from Manchester to Cardiff ready for the next gigs on his band's huge world tour.

The band played four huge shows at Manchester's Etihad Stadium last week, and tonight perform at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.

Coldplay are known for their green credentials, and have proudly planted one tree for every one of the 5 million people who have bought tickets for their ongoing tour.

They also encourage their fans to use public transport wherever possible to get to their gigs. So clearly Chris practices what he preaches - although his appearance on the platform at Cardiff Central still left several onlookers gobsmacked, according to Wales Online.
