Cheryl made a surprising returned to Instagram following a social media break to mark her 40th birthday, and fans got an adorable rare sight of her son Bear as she celebrated the milestone.The former Girls Aloud star shared the wholesome snaps and videos to her Instagram page after not being active since April as she sported a pair of oversized flower sunshades and captioned the post: "This is 40!" before sharing more behind the scenes snaps of her lavish birthday celebrations.The singer shared a glimpse with her 3.4 million followers of all the fun she has been having with her friends and family including mum Joan, son Bear and Girls Aloud fellow former band members Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle and Nicola Roberts.Cheryl celebrated in style in the countryside at the Wilderness Reserve in Sussex, where they all took part in axe-throwing, archery, wild swimming, country walks and toasting marshmallows on an open fire.And briefly seen in the shots was Cheryl's son Bear, who she shares with former One Direction star Liam Payne, as he was seen joining in all the fun.
