Strictly Come Dancing star Dr Punam Krishan has said she's making use of the physios on offer as she tried to reamin in tip-top condition to compete in the hit dance show.
The practicing GP and Morning Live star was seen catching up with her online followers following a triumph in the ballroom over the weekend.
Dr Punam and her dance partner Gorka Marquez made history as they brought Bollywood to the BBC One dance contest for the first time.
Just 13 of the 14 remaining couples performed during Strictly's annual Movie Week as, at the eleventh hour, DIY SOS star Nick Knowles and his dance partner Luba Mushtuk were forced to pull out of the show this weekend after Nick suffered an injury the day before the live show.
