Todd Spangler NY Digital Editor Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel received a compensation package worth $83.9 million last year — more than four times his compensation in 2022.
Emanuel’s 2023 pay at Endeavor included $4.9 million in salary, a $34.65 million bonus and $43.47 million in stock awards, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing Thursday.
As CEO of TKO Group — the parent company of WWE and UFC in which Endeavor holds a controlling stake — Emanuel had pay package in 2023 valued at $64.91 million.
Much of Emanuel’s pay from TKO was rolled into his overall reported Endeavor compensation. Earlier this month, Endeavor announced a deal to go private with private-equity firm Silver Lake that will give the company an equity value of $13 billion.
