"Words fail us": Biker drove down Mancunian Way carrying HUGE TV

A biker was spotted by police riding down the Mancunian Way carrying a huge TV. Police said the rider was spotted by Greater Manchester Police's motorcycle unit on the main road in Mancehster city centre.

They shared a picture of the biker on GMP Traffic's X account last night (Sunday). The picture appeared to be show the rider carrying a huge TV on their lap as they travelled down the road.

They also appeared to be taking a selfie, holding their phone in the air as they drove the vehicle. READ NEXT: City centre knife horror as man and woman stabbed and forensics scour scene Police said the TV was 'thrown' as the police officer who pursued the vehicle.

The 'would-be thieves' then made off from the scene. The post on GMP Traffic said: "Sometimes words fail us... but its no surprise that the occupants didn't want to stick around when sighted by our Motorcycle unit on the Mancunian Way.
