She credits this transformation to eliminating one particular item from her diet that she indulged in too much during lockdown.According to the Mirror, Sue chose to quit alcohol after realising she was consuming "lots of red wine" throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Now abstaining from booze, she describes being in a pub as akin to being in "hell", as we reported previously. The television favourite remarked: "I went on HRT about a year and a half ago and realised I should have done that about five years ago.""I was walking around in a bit of a fog and then I literally made some massive changes," she shared with The Sun.Sue admits that her wine consumption during lockdown contributed to significant weight gain.
She continued: "Then I did dry January and I thought: 'I wonder what life would be like if I stopped completely?'Having shed the pounds, Sue emphasised to Prima Magazine in March that she doesn't obsess over her diet.
