Cold Cave’s Wesley Eisold has joined Peter Hook onstage to play a cover of New Order’s ‘Procession’. Check out footage of the moment and the full setlist below.The onstage collaboration between the two took place at the Humphrey’s venue in San Diego on Monday (September 16), as Peter Hook performed alongside his band The Light.While the former New Order and Joy Division bassist has been underway with his run of US tour dates for a little while now – playing the ‘Substance’ albums from Joy Division and New Order in full – the gig in San Diego saw him catch his crowd off guard as he introduced the Cold Cave artist.The collaboration took place at the very beginning of Hook’s 30-song setlist, as he opened the show with the 1981 New Order song ‘Procession’.

Taking to Instagram after the appearance, the post-punk musician described the moment as a “dream come true”.“Thank you so much for having me back.
